Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

By purchasing with OverallCuties you understand and accept that all orders are made to order and have a sewing turn around time stated at the top of our site. 

 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and up to date. OverallCuties  is not responsible for orders that are shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to OverallCuties  due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to have the order resent.

Please note that USPS does not automatically forward packages unless a forwarding service is purchased directly through them. If a customer moves or needs to update their address, it is their responsibility to notify OverallCuties  before the order ships. Failure to do so may result in lost or misdelivered packages, for which OverallCuties  is not liable.

Orders marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled. If a package is lost or misdelivered, a claim must be filed with the carrier directly. Please understand that transit times and delivery outcomes via shipping agents are out of our control.

Orders are shipped by USPS with tracking and insurance. The insurance covers the package if it is lost or damaged during transit. The insurance does not cover what happens to the package after the scanned delivery (stolen, etc). If you do not receive your package or if your packaged is received and the contents inside are damaged please contact USPS to process your claim. 

We do not batch print labels. This means when you get a shipping notice, your package will go out within a couple of business days (M-F)
